  • Drop Program Form
    • The Drop Program Form is for students who have been officially admitted to a study abroad program but wish to drop the program. Students must print, sign and email this complete form to goabroad@eiu.edu. There are fees associated with dropping a program after admission. Please refer to the Refund Policy you electronically signed as part of your online pre-decision application.
  • Extend Program Form
    • The Extend Program Form is for students who wish to extend their program while they are studying abroad. For example, if you are currently abroad for the fall semester and wish to continue your program through the spring, you will need to submit the Extend Program Form. Students must print, sign and email this complete form to goabroad@eiu.edu by the posted application deadline. For program extensions, a $50 Study Abroad Administration Fee will be charged to your student account. Students in this category are not required to pay a commitment deposit. Students who extend their program must submit updated billing information from their host school and a new course approval form to the William V. Weber Program in Study Abroad.
