Textbook rental fee: $9.75/credit 
EIU Study Abroad administration fee: $65/credit 

To commit to this program after acceptance, students must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the program fee by February 28, 2020. Unless the program is cancelled or a student is denied participation, this deposit is non-refundable. Admitted students who do not submit a deposit by the payment deadline above are considered withdrawn from the program. 

Deposit payments may be paid online with a card at https://commerce.cashnet.com/cashnetg/selfserve/BrowseCatalog.aspx or in person with cash, check, or money order at Student Accounts in Old Main. When paying in person, students must tell the cashier the name and type of their study abroad program- FACULTY-LED; ITALY. Please note that study abroad scholarships cannot be used to pay commitment deposits, as these awards do not disburse until the first day of the study abroad program. 

The remaining 50% of the program fee, along with EIU tuition & fees, will appear on the regular EIU summer billing statement.

*The program fee is based on current exchange rates and program plans. Program fees may be updated to adjust for exchange-rate fluctuations or program changes. 

This program is subject to a minimum student enrollment.
